Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Person-Centred SIL Support

At Josephine Care Services, we provide person-centred Supported Independent Living (SIL) services to eligible NDIS participants, supporting them to live safely, confidently and as independently as possible.

As a registered NDIS provider for 0138 – Supported Independent Living, our supports are tailored to each participant’s NDIS plan, individual needs, goals, preferences and daily routines.

Daily Living & Independence

Our SIL supports may include assistance with personal care and daily routines, meal preparation, household activities and developing practical life skills.

We encourage participants to build independence, confidence, choice and control in their everyday lives.

Community & Social Participation

Where appropriate, we support participants to access their community, attend appointments and activities, maintain social connections and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.

Safe, Individualised Support

We work collaboratively with participants, families, nominees, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals and other providers to promote safe, consistent and coordinated support.

Please note: Josephine Care Services does not currently provide High Intensity Daily Personal Activities under NDIS Registration Group 0104. Our certificate records High Intensity support types as N/A.
