Our Shared Living Support Includes:

  • Personal Care Assistance: Support with daily personal activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
  • Meal Preparation & Nutrition: Assistance with planning, preparing, and cooking nutritious meals, encouraging participation in shared cooking activities.
  • Household Management: Support with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment—includes laundry, cleaning, and waste management.
  • Skill Development: Encouraging independence through training in budgeting, time management, cooking, cleaning, and self-care routines.
  • Community Access: Support to participate in social, recreational, and community-based activities that promote inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Health & Wellbeing Support: Assistance with attending medical appointments, managing health needs, and following care plans.
  • Social & Emotional Support: Building healthy relationships and communication skills among housemates to create a respectful and supportive environment.
